What Is Commutative Property Of Multiplication?


This property is a subset of Properties Of Multiplication. To learn about other properties of multiplication see Properties Of Multiplication.
  • In integer multiplication an operation is commutative if changing the order of the numbers does not change the answer. Example:
        3 x 2 = 2 x 3
            6 = 6
