Privacy Policy Statement
Please read this Privacy Policy statement so you understand what information
we collect and how we protect you.
We respect your privacy! Any information you provide us will be kept
private to the best of our ability. We will not sell, license, or willingly
provide this information to third parties in any form. This website is dedicated
to protecting family privacy. We do use Google's and other vendors' products to
monitor and improve this website.
Secondly you need to establish a user account. This ensures you and your child each
have a private account that is secured by user name and password. The user account
allows us to track math performance and present the historical data to you.
We are required by law to disclose the following information.
"Policy requirements for Display Advertising When you update your Analytics tracking
code to support Display Advertising, you enable Google Analytics to collect data
about your traffic via the DoubleClick cookie in addition to data collected through
the standard Google Analytics implementation. Display Advertising lets you enable
features in Analytics that aren't available through standard implementations, like
Remarketing with Google Analytics, Google Display Network Impression Reporting,
the DoubleClick Campaign Manager integration, and Google Analytics Demographics
and Interest Reporting. If you enable Google Analytics to support Display Advertising
through any other implementation, you must provide equivalent disclosures and follow
all applicable policies. You will not facilitate the merging of personally-identifiable
information with non-personally identifiable information previously collected from
Display Advertising features that is based on the DoubleClick cookie unless you
have robust notice of, and the user's prior affirmative (i.e., opt-in) consent to,
that merger. If you change your Analytics tracking code to support Display Advertising,
you are required to notify your visitors by disclosing the following information
in your privacy policy: The Google Analytics features you've implemented based on
Display Advertising (e.g., Remarketing, Google Display Network Impression Reporting,
the DoubleClick Campaign Manager integration, or Google Analytics Demographics and
Interest Reporting). Using the Ads Settings, visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics
for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads. We also encourage
you to point visitors to Google Analytics' currently available opt-outs for the
web. If you've implemented Re-marketing with Google Analytics, you must also follow
the Google AdWords Interest-Based Advertising Policy and its sensitive category
restrictions, and disclose in your privacy policy: You use Re-marketing with Google
Analytics to advertise on-line. Third-party vendors, including Google, may show your
ads on sites across the Internet. You and third-party vendors, including Google,
use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies
(such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based
on someone's past visits to your website. If you've implemented Google Display Network
Impression Reporting or the DoubleClick Campaign Manager integration, you must also
disclose in your privacy policy: You and third-party vendors, including Google,
use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies
(such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to report how your ad impressions, other
uses of ad services, and interactions with these ad impressions and ad services
are related to visits to your site. If you’ve implemented Google Analytics Demographics
and Interest Reporting, you must also disclose in your privacy policy: How you use
data from Google's Interest-based advertising or 3rd-party audience data (such as
age, gender, and interests) with Google Analytics. Because laws across countries
and territories vary, and because Google Analytics can be used in many ways, Google
is unable to provide the exact language you need to include in your privacy policy.
Only you understand the unique aspects and special considerations of your business,
and your privacy policy should account for this information that only you can provide."
